Pillarstone Operations Group has delivered residential construction across London for years, and kept meeting the same homeowner: halfway through a loft conversion with another builder, asking us to finish it, fix it, or explain what was going on. The building was usually fine. The experience was broken: vague pricing, no timeline, no single point of contact.

With 33 years in construction, Tom oversees the operational delivery of Pillarstone's projects, programmes, site teams, specialist trades, suppliers and the day-to-day coordination of works.
Tom makes sure every project is delivered with structure, momentum and attention to detail, resolving challenges quickly, maintaining quality on site and ensuring the agreed design and specification are carried through properly from pre-start to final handover.

With more than 30 years of construction experience, Daniel leads Pillarstone's commercial and pre-construction function.
Daniel provides detailed oversight of project costs, specifications, procurement and construction requirements, ensuring each project is thoroughly considered before work begins.
His experience brings commercial discipline and practical construction insight to every project, helping identify risks early, protect quality and establish a strong foundation for successful delivery.

Every line of the proposal is itemised. The figure you sign is the figure you pay. No provisional sums, no allowances, no "we'll work that out on site".
Your project manager doesn't change.
Tom Bennett runs your build from scaffold day one through to handover. Same person, same number, same standards from start to finish.
You see weekly progress photos.
Tom sends a photo update by WhatsApp every week so you can see exactly what's happened on site, even if you've been at work all day.
We sweep the site every day.
The trade team leaves the site swept down and secure at the end of every working day. Building work is messy. Living through it shouldn't be.
We run every step in-house.
Feasibility, design, structural engineering, planning, party wall, Building Control and the build all happen in-house. No external consultants you've never met.
We use the same trade team on every project.
The carpenters, roofers, electricians and plumbers on your site have worked with us for seven years or more. No agency labour, no rotating subcontractors.
We hold ourselves to a 5% retention.
5% of the contract price is held in retention until you've signed off the snagging list. That's our incentive, not yours.
We deal with the council, not you.
Planning portal submissions, Building Control applications, party wall notices, conservation-area heritage statements, and any planning officer queries are all handled by us as part of the fixed quote.
