We arrange a free home survey
Usually within five working days. Daniel spends around 60 minutes at your house measuring up, checking head height and the planning context, and gives you an honest verdict on what's possible.

You get a fully itemised proposal within seven days
Every line costed: build, drawings, structural calculations, planning fees if needed, party wall, Building Control. No vague "allowances".

Only then do we ask for anything
A 15% deposit secures your build slot. 5% retention is held until snagging is signed off. VAT is included in every figure on the proposal.
